The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes the lifetime work of an individual who has provided leadership or made significant discovery in the field of wound healing and furthered the advancement of wound care and research or done significant work as an advocate for research in the field of wound healing. WRR Journal
Wound Repair and Regeneration (WRR) is dedicated to the publication of high-impact, in depth investigations of mechanisms of tissue repair and outcomes from well-designed and carefully analyzed clinical studies. To assure quality, new manuscripts are screened in the Editorial Office prior to assignment to a Senior Editor, who recruits at least 2 reviewers to evaluate the scientific merit of the submission.

National Academy of Inventors

The National Academy of Inventors was founded in 2010 to recognize and encourage inventors with patents issued from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, enhance the visibility of academic technology and innovation, encourage the disclosure of intellectual property, educate and mentor innovative students, and translate the inventions of its members to benefit society.
