**Individuals planning to register as Fellows/Residents/Students must submit a letter on their learning institution’s letterhead, from a faculty mentor, confirming that they are a current fellow/resident/student. The letter of confirmation will need to be uploaded during registration.

Medical Student Registration is available the early bird rate of $149 for all WHS students. Please register directly on the SAWC registration page to receive this discounted rate. Choose the Student Registration Type.

Registration Questions
SAWC still offers discounts for members of other wound care associations. Please email registration@hmpglobal.com to receive your code. When registering, select the Non-Member option on the registration page and enter your discount code on the registration package page.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for Symposium on Advanced Wound Care (SAWC) Spring | WHS 2027 must be received in writing by completing this form or postmarked by February 17, 2027. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less). Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to another individual without penalty as long as a written request for registration transferal, including the replacement individual’s name and/or contact information, is sent by April 7, 2026.
