WRR Abstract Award Winners
The awards recognize top young researchers who are medical or graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, or residents involved in wound healing research. Eight eligible abstracts are preselected on a merit basis (scientific content and impact on wound healing research) for podium presentation at the Young Investigator Session of the Annual Meeting of WHS. A panel of judges then selects the top four presenters as the award winners. The winners receive a monetary award and a certificate during the Business Session of the Annual Meeting.
